Since 1992 RJB Contracting has grown into a full service contracting company through tireless service to our core clients while maintaining our high quality standards.

Beginning as a residential company, we quickly realized the limitations and transitioned into the commercial market. With over 20 years in the coatings and construction industry we have built an extensive line of services to meet the demands of national retailers. Today we are completing several hundred large protective coatings projects a year as well as hundreds of remodels and mid-sized construction projects. 24/7, 364 days a year we are working somewhere in the U.S.

Melissa came to RJB with over 25 years experience in Commercial/Industrial demolition and metal recovery. As a former CFO, Melissa has been able to successfully integrate operations with accounting methodically develop RJB's new Operational Execution Plan.

Kurt has held various roles at RJB and in 2017 was appointed head of marketing. After graduating with a BA in Marketing from Temple University, Kurt worked in Advertising and Alternative Energy before joining RJB in 2012.

Chris brings to RJB 29 years as a seasoned safety professional. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership in all safety and health matters as well as the overall creation, development, and maintenance of an effective Safety, Health and Sustainability program for the organization and its projects.

Ryan joined RJB in 2012 after 5 years in financial services and sales. Key responsibilities are planning, executing, and accomplishing new or existing project objectives. He is responsible to manage costs, quality, and scope of each project.

Randy is polished but with just enough edge to earn respect among the hardened, expert construction team that he leads. With over 20 years building residential and commercial construction experience he knows his stuff.

Stephen joins RJB from the insurance industry. With a background in Military and federal law enforcement, Stephen brings along a great deal of discipline and organization.

Sandy has been with RJB Contracting as Controller for 17 years, and is in charge of overseeing the daily accounting operations of the business.

Nardina joined RJB with over 20 years in Big Box retail facility maintentance experience. Nardina has held Regional Facility Manager positions for several Fortune 100 retailers and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team.

David joins the construction team with a wealth of experience in residential and commercial construction. Dave has been in various roles and adds a wealth of technical trade experience relating to electrical and plumbing.

Chuck joins the RJB Construction Division from a Project Management position at another large general contractor. Chuck has experience building chain restaurants from the ground up in addition to wide range of commercial retail construction.

Tim joined RJB after owning a commercial and residentail painting company for 15 years. Tim's experience provide's unique industry insight and makes him a valuable member of RJB.

Paul is responsible for managing very demanding facilities projects. Paul joins the team with experience in asset management and commercial real-estate.

Project Manager

John has recently joined the construction team with over 20 years of experience in custom residential remodeling, new home building, commercial carpentry. John has also spent years as an instructor in Construction Technology at a nationally recognized trade school.

Josh is currently on the Construction Team and contributes with the unique skills acquired as an executive administrator in the U.S. Navy. After serving honorably, Josh worked in Commercial Demolition and scrap metal recycling.

From a background in custom home design and building, Courtney brings a unique organizational skill set to the Construction Division. Courtney currently manages and supports multiple team members and and work order systems with her great technical savvy.
