Since 1992 RJB Contracting has grown into a full service contracting company through tireless service to our core clients while maintaining our high quality standards.

Beginning as a residential company, we quickly realized the limitations and transitioned into the commercial market. With over 20 years in the coatings and construction industry we have built an extensive line of services to meet the demands of national retailers. Today we are completing several hundred large protective coatings projects a year as well as hundreds of remodels and mid-sized construction projects. 24/7, 364 days a year we are working somewhere in the U.S.

Kurt has held various operations roles at RJB and in 2017 shifted over to drive sales. In 2023 Kurt was appointed head of marketing. After graduating with a BA in Marketing from Temple University, Kurt worked in Advertising and Alternative Energy before joining RJB in 2012.

Ryan was appointed the VP of the Coatings Division in November 2017 after serving as a Project Manager at RJB for 6 years. His responsibilities include supervising a team of Project Managers and Field Crews, developing goals and objectives, administering and managing budgets and company policies.

Randy is polished but with just enough edge to earn respect among the hardened, expert construction team that he leads. With over 20 years building residential and commercial construction experience he knows his stuff.
